Children up to 6 years are free of charge in parents

Children from 6-11 years pay 50 % of adult price
Children from 12-14 years pay 80 % of adult price
Due to the reason that the apartments are newly built, we
ask for your understanding to take a deposit of € 100,00 per apartment - which
is refunded at departure if the apartment is in arrival condition.
Cancellation specifications
At booking / reservation we ask for a pre-payment of 50 % of overall accomodation costs to our account - with incoming on our account the booking / reservation is valid and will be approved by us.
Cancellation latest 1 week before arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the pre-payment.
Cancellation in the last week before arrival date or "now show", we reserve the right to invoice 90 % of the overall accomodation costs.
Untimely departure in high and peak season, we ask for your understanding to invoice the whole booked period.
